Ellen, Jane, Hilary, Todd, Anna and Trevor.

Ellen: That was a really good breakfast!
I think we all enjoyed the home made waffles.

Ellen: I had been waiting for a good photo opportunity
when I saw Hilary and Todd "fighting"
over this broken baseball bat.
I still don't know if they know that they were "caught in the act"...

Hilary: Ellen's ''instrument''.

Judy: Anna and I just north of the 45th parellel.
An overcast day and very pleasant hiking.
I ended up walking back to the am departure spot looking for the lost pedometer.
After a short distance, I realized it was like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Any large stone closely resembled the small dark pedometer,
but I searched the whole way back.

Ken: (Thanks Judy ...)

Judy: Belanger Creek was wide and we could only find short logs
to put in the stream to walk across on.
The current was swift and took the logs before we could all cross
and at this point I was stuck in the middle until I received a helping hand.

3042

Judy: I hiked for a half day with the group on mostly stoney beach.
We found a lot of trash and it was a big chore handling it.
I felt really proud to be a part of this dedicated group.

Hilary
: I don't like to smile in pictures

Ellen: These were the model photos(#'s 047-051).
They were taken out on this pier thing
so it was kinda scary. But it was awesome...

3043

Ellen: This was at the Peshawbestown Harbor.
We had just finished our "model shoot"
so I think we were still in the modeling mood.

3044

Ellen: This should get an award!

Ellen and Trevor: This is where we stopped at the Faught's for
water, bathroom and chocolate chip muffins. Thanks!

Anna: The Hillbilly Hikers...

3063

3053

Ellen: Okay, so I admit it:
I was REALLY psyched that I was going to get to drive a boat.
I'm in the orange life jacket,
you can see me laughing hysterically.
I think I scared everyone... ;~)

Pine: Yes... Ellen did scare us all.

Hilary: I thought I was going to die.

3054

Pine: This is where Ellen threw her flaming marshmallow at Trevor...
luckily it hit the chair, although it did burn a hole through it.

Ellen: I didn't do it on purpose!
I was roasting a marshmallow for Hilary when it accidentally caught on fire.
I tried to blow it out but that didn't work. So I shook the stick a little
(keep in mind that the marshmallow has been on fire for a while now so it's pretty gooey)
to put out the flame...When all of a sudden the marshmallow flew off the stick
and hit the leg of Trevor's chair.
I did make Hilary another marshmallow if you were wondering,
and just so you know it was a perfect golden brown one....yum
